ABOUT ME

I am currently travelling Vietnam, by whatever means possible, and trying to twist my tongue into speaking Vietnamese. I am interested in food, in all aspects--from production (growing, shipping, processing, preparation) to ingestion, and in how people live day to day. If I stay with you, cooking/baking is an option. If you stay with me, it is a definite offer. I see chance encounters, and those unexpected things that come your way, as the real substance of any kind of travel.
