Im a fairly calm, quiet person. I love the feeling of being in a city you don't know yet and all the possibilities that offers. I love to cook and I'm especially interested in the local cuisine and street food where ever I am. I can be sociable but I also dont mind spending the day reading on the couch. I'm more than happy to entertain myself and explore a city on my own if you don't have time.

I think couch surfing is such a great way to get to know a city without all the guesswork and trial and error of getting lost while you look for a nice place to eat lunch or a post office. You get some inside knowledge of a city from someone who knows it better than you do and you get to make connections with people from all over the world at the same time.
