Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I have only had the chance to surf, as I currently live in a 9 m2 room on campus.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing experience took place about three years ago and it was fabulous.Three girlfriends and I spontaneously decided to spend New Year's Eve in Prague and all hostels and hotels had been booked out, so one of our friends got us a place to stay at a couchsurfer's house and it turned out to be a very amazing experience. Even though we only stayed for a night, we're still in touch with our hosts and won new friends. This experience made me decide that I wanted more and so I signed up for couchsurfing. :)
Unfortunately, I haven't got a place to stay myself as I moved out recently, therefore I cannot host anyone but I'm happy to meet up with people. :)
Interests
international relations - I'm very interested in what is going on in the world; I'm a rather optimistic person and believe there's so many things that could be improved, that's why I like volunteering as well.
fashion - Vogue is my bible
travelling - I wanna see as much as possible, once you start traveling, there's no way back. I always want more. :)
languages - German (mother tongue), English (almost like my second mother tongue), French (I've definitely improved my french over the past 5 months as I've been living in France)
theatre, movies, photography - My plan B: become an actress; I love being evil on stage and try things you don't normally get to do/be...people always tell me how cute and nice I am, that's why I'd definitely choose to be evil for once. ;)
friends & family - they mean everything to me and it's always great to extend your group of friends that are spread all over the world
cats - I'm a cat person, I find them very entertaining :D
university - I take my classes very seriously but that doesn't mean that I don't have a social life
I love baking btw especially cupcakes
