I recently experienced Couchsurfing for the first time by exploring the coast of my native California and staying with kind hosts from this community. It was an amazing experience! I'm hooked, and can't wait to discover more new places and cultures. I'm also excited that I can now accept guests in my new home in Asuncion Paraguay!

In April of 2019 I began an exciting new chapter of my life by enrolling in a teacher credential program. By January 2020 I was teaching math and science full time. I like to work hard and play hard, so I planned a 54 day summer vacation in Asuncion. I enjoyed the culture and people so much that I decided to live here for a while. Because I'm still learning Spanish, I'm currently trying to find a job teaching English, or teaching math/science to students who speak English.

Disfruté tanto de la cultura y la gente que decidí vivir aquí por un tiempo. Debido a que todavía estoy aprendiendo español, actualmente estoy tratando de encontrar un trabajo enseñando inglés o enseñando matemáticas / ciencias a estudiantes que hablan inglés.
