About Me

I am a Canadian Citizen with immigrant parents from Pakistan. I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and grew up there for most of my life. I recently decided to venture out into the city of Hamilton in the province of Ontario to study Engineering Physics at McMaster University. I've recently completed my studies and earned my degree. As of now, I'm looking to explore the world outside of the country of Canada .

I grow a mean beard, I'm a science nerd and enjoy dancing, cooking, going to social events and meeting new people. I'm pretty laid back and usually open to adventure. I'm hoping to meet some cool people on Couchsurfing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always been into the idea of frequently travelling however I was never sure about how to travel to several different places, meet new people and communicate with locals in different countries. With Couchsurfing, I feel like the chance to do all these things is much more realistic. The website connects cool, like-minded people with each other, gives travelers a chance to explore new places much easier, and gives hosts a chance to meet new and interesting people from out of town. The chance to interact with new people in different parts of the world is what truly makes me excited about this community.

Starting at the end of August I'm looking to do a big Europe trip with my girlfriend Sofia (you can check her profile out here: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/sofia-demidova). We are planning to go all across the continent this fall, starting in Edinburgh, Scotland and finishing somewhere warm. We're thinking of doing a trip for 4 months and then heading back to our homeland Canada! We heard about the great opportunities to connect with people across the globe and we decided to get on the website. If you're reading this then I hope to meet you soon!
