About Me
My favorite book ever is The Ascent of Humanity by Charles Eisenstein. It's about how a sense of purpose and play can bring planetary healing. When we try to control every aspect of life we work against nature's rhythms. But if we use our gifts of culture and technology in harmonious ways we can participate in the creation of ever more beauty
I would say I'm consistently mellow and laid back. I also have a deep sense of optimistic and hopeful motivation. I'm pretty sensitive whenever I perceive a lack of peace and harmony and when I'm really sad I have tended to withdraw in my less glorious moments but otherwise I seek out ideal ways of communicating to resolve conflicts or connect with more people. I'm easily satisfied for the most part. I have an easy time feeling grateful. I don't get easily bored because I'm often in my head thinking about various things, which itself maybe dampens the intensity with which I connect with my emotions most of the time. I rarely get angry, but I know that embracing anger can be a great way to tap into some energy for life.
