I work contracts overseas mostly so it doesn't make sense for me to rent in Canada at the moment. Being a restless type, bouncing around Canada seems like the thing to do until my next contract. I'd like to have the freedom of couch surfing, be able to pick up temp jobs here and there as I travel and meet fellow Canadians and other travelers. Being a writer I find it all very fascinating as well. I have rented homes in Thailand and Philippines at times and when I do have a place like that again I would be happy to host any international travelers to repay the karma.
