I am an adventurous person who loves to travel and explore with my girlfriend, Tara. We live together in a 1 bedroom apartment just outside of the City of Pittsburgh. Our apartment is 1 bedroom with a kitchen, living room and bathroom. The living room has a futon couch for sleeping, an air conditioner and a door that can be closed for privacy. We only have 1 futon for sleeping, but if a 2nd person would like to stay with us we can set up an air mattress as an additional bed.

Some of my favorite things to do are hike in the mountains, take road trips, eat and cook all sorts of different foods and drink craft beer. I love learning about different cultures meeting new people and seeing new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I plan on beginning an open ended travel lifestyle around August 2018 and would love to utilize Couch Surfing to connect with local people to learn about their culture and be able to better understand a city or country I am visiting. I always find that talking to locals is the best way to find the best food, drinks, hikes, accommodations and everything else.

Until I leave, I would love to host other travelers that are coming through Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA to make new friends and show them some of the highlights of my city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago I took a roadtrip, with my girlfriend Tara, across the United States from Pennsylvania to California and back. We went through 16 states, visited a ton of National Parks, drove over 6,000 miles and got to create some of my favorite memories!
