Because I sold my house after I renovated it after having tenants who would not pay in 2022 and invested the profits in travelling the world educating with my online academy.

I’m a retired life and business strategist and financial advisor who can teach them how to start a company or invest in real estate or help them or their kids with studying and winning scholarships. I can tutor in Math (I got 100% in grade ten math), English, French, Business and some other subjects. I graduated top of my elementary school and high school as Valedictorian and with distinction B.Comm from UofToronto, after interning at Microsoft Canada 1998-1999. Worked there after graduating again 2002-2004, then worked in sales and retention for Moneris Solutions (2004-2009), owned by RBC and BMO. The started the Dream Decade Challenge. Retired in 2022 with $1 million sale and 25-year legacy life strategy book-course complete and scholarship program built.
