ok about me well...I grew up on the coast of Cape Town, South Africa. It's a gorgeous city surrounded by the most amazing scenery. After finishing school I decided that I needed to travel in order to gain some independence. Around the same time, I became interested in learning more about my heritage, I'm Jewish so I decided to take a gap year before college in Israel.

I had the most amazing year, exploring Israel. It was my first time traveling overseas and it was truly life-changing. I loved back-packing around, meeting the most amazing genuine people from all different walks of life and of course, studying the Torah.

After that year of traveling I decided that I wanted to serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Most Israelis serve as it is conscription over here, and that's what I did for two years. After finishing my service I went to university in Israel and 2 weeks ago I finished my degree.

I skipped out a whole lot but I guess if we meet we'll have time to share our life stories... the point is I'm not an axe murderer and if you are not, then we should be good...extra points if you have a cute kitten or puppy :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I personally find people so interesting, I believe that you can learn something from everyone you meet. I love seeing how other people live and I feel that people are so divided. I believe in learning from one another and focusing on how we are similar.

I'm traveling to England for the first time and I feel the best way to experience a new culture is to experience it with the locals of that place.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies based on true stories. I just watched Lion recently yeee not gonna lie I shed a tear.

As for books, I love listening to audiobooks since I'm a slow reader anything about personal development or health gets me pretty excited.

As for music, this is random since I've never been to America but I love country music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, Couchsurfing creators this is a challenging question...I guess for me personally one thing I did that I'm proud of is that I used to be very overweight and didn't prioritize my health but 4 years ago I started working out and eating healthy and I've lost more than 30KG.
