I don't travel often but when i do, I like to travel to nice places that have interesting views. I love taking pictures outdoors and meeting new people from different cultures.

I am an English Teacher part time and Nurse.
I volunteer to teach English abroad to foreign students. I have been doing that for 3 years.
I teach chinese,japanese, taiwanese and russian students!
I also volunteer to tutor Nursing students at my local college. Its not easy but i love to give back to the community by volunteering. It doesnt cost anything and I feel that its the least that I can do.

I am part american/puerto rican/italian/french/spaniard/ecuadorian!
I know its a big mix but it keeps things interesting when people ask me my culture background. I dont have any one nationality thats really strong. My family is very diverse. Some family members are from hawaii, italy, puerto-rico and brooklyn.

I have never really traveled extensively or went backpacking so I am eager to visit other cities and locales and other countries.

I am currently learning japanese, spanish and chinese.
I find chinese and japanese so interesting because its very difficult but thats half the fun i think.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I want to meet people from other countries and cities and learn more.

I have always wanted to travel the world and meet new people. I am really a traveler at heart and staying in one city in USA has become boring.

I have not traveled much in my life except for a few cities in USA and puerto rico and I very much look forward to meeting people from around the globe and share stories or maybe go to a karaoke bar or other adventurous things.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I learned guitar after trying to learn it for many years. I pushed myself to pick up the guitar and took lessons for one year every week. Now I have been playing for 8 years and i learned the value of perseverance. It's always interesting to meet people that push themselves to the limit and achieve fantastic results.

I would also say i have been jet skiing since I was 8 years old. I love to go out on the open water and just ride around its exhilarating really.

I am an English Teacher by accident really. However, I have been teaching English for a long time and if I stay at someones house I am willing to spend some time to be a teaching partner that is very patient.

I am learning japanese, spanish and mandarin currently. Its a very hard language but I find it very fun to learn and very challenging.

i want to learn how to do the 7 tones in canto, i never could get those right..
I also need someone help me with basic chinese grammar

I can help to practice English, I can also show people how to play the guitar. I love to dance so I am a good dance partner.

If someone is interested in learning languages or teaching languages im all for that. I love to pick up and learn new things and im a good student too!

I also enjoy karaoke and blasting on the microphone but im not the best singer in the world.
Perhaps im the best singer when no one else is around...
