I'm a professional cinematographer from the US. Currently live in Mexico City and relocating my family and myself to Honolulu in May 2020.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing to meet new people, to learn something new globally, to make new friends around the world, and to gain new experiences. And to take my hosts and or visitors portraits if interested.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all music! Grew up on gangster rap and underground hip hop, got turned on to old school punk, and now enjoy the pandora station called, "hipster barbeque". My idol is David Bowie for the weirdo he was and the creativity he forced the world to adhere to and accept.

Some of my favorite books are: The Alchemist, How to Win Friends and Influence People, A Clockwork Orange, and Nelson Mandela's Biography, Etc

I have too many favorite movies to mention but a few are: Goodfellas, the Good the Bad and the Ugly, the Godfather, the Departed, Sicario, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

*Great White Shark Diving in South Africa
*Jumped / Swung from the top a world cup soccer stadium in Durban, South Africa
*6 day 500 mile bicycle trip on a fixed gear bike from Reno, NV to Los Angeles, CA

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help teach english! Or photography if you're interested. Or we can shoot portraits of each other! I'm not a big fan of "selfies".. I'm always happy to share; food, high fives, bike rides, etc.
