About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To Explore the World and the Many People Who Inhabit It and Show Compassion to All Along the Way
ABOUT ME
33 year old who enjoys travel (obviously), art, architecture, culture, photography, movies, reading, music, and volunteering in efforts that show compassion to others. I play tennis, volleyball, and baseball, spend summers on the river with jet skis, and spend time in the kitchen practicing my skills (having been raised in a Southern kitchen). I love to travel, especially road trips, and enjoy walking through my destinations, seeing things as a local does. I was trained classically on piano, but, due to different circumstances, got out of practice. I have since invested in a digital grand piano and am working toward regaining my proficiency around my busy schedule. I am a fan of classic literature and other arts, including works by William Shakespeare, John Donne, Thomas Paine, St. Augustine, and Alfred, Lord Tennyson. I strongly believe in working to make the world better, so I am a member of a service organization dedicated to helping children. I firmly believe in laughter, fun times, good friends, excellent family, and enjoying the one life you have, not letting people of pessimism, arrogance, power control, or other misery and evil drag me down. As cliche as it is, each moment should be lived as if it could be your last...no regrets
PHILOSOPHY
The quality of mercy is not strained. It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven Upon the place beneath. It is twice blest: It blesseth him that gives and him that takes.--Shakespeare /// Evil triumphs when good men do nothing.--Sir Edmund Burke /// Cudgel thy brains no more about it, for your dull ass will not mend his pace with beating.--Shakespeare
