Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I welcome couch surfers to my home when I can and try to stay with couch surfers when I travel as much as possible

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had countless good experiences, both visiting and hosting. I have couch-surfed in France, Holland, Italy, and Russia. I have hosted surfers from all over!

Music, Movies, and Books

I've been on a huge Talking Heads kick lately. I've also been enjoying the films of Shukshin. My favorite director is probably Kira Muratova. I don't even know where to start with books!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm.... I hitch-hiked from L'vov to Poland and met my relatives there (they spoke Polish, I spoke Russian). It was pretty amazing to visit my great-grandparents' native village.
