ABOUT ME

I'm a self-proclaimed treehugger... With the curiosity of a child, the energy of a teenager, the ego of an adult, and the wrinkles of an elder.

I'm fairly easy-going. Polite. Clean. Tidy, unless it's my own room ;). And I try my best to be a minimalist.

I have done a fair amount of travelling, which includes having lived in Canada, the US, Laos and China.

I believe that the world's problems are social/cultural.

I'm trying my bestest to reduce my meat consumption.

Interests

I'm a strong believer in the connection and synergy between mind and body, and actively strive to be healthy in both. I (try to) meditate regularly, and have recently been intrigued about the importance of spirituality in life, both on a macro and micro scale.

I have a strong passion for the environment and rural development, which has taken up the majority of my free time recently.
