ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going guy just looking to explore the world and broaden my horizons. The world is too beautiful and intersting to not see its wonders.

I can be a little quiet to start out but I warm up to people quickly. I do enjoy a good beer and love to find the local brews that I cannot get on a normal basis.

PHILOSOPHY

Young men will spend their health to gain wealth, old men will spend their wealth to gain heath.

I live by the philosophy to savor the moment while you can. I've watched too many people work away their youth in hope of enjoying the golden years only to see those years never make it. I do work full time and for a large corporation but I try not to let my work rule my life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been hosted by some amazing people and made some lifetime friends. Some of the best memories of traveling come from when I couch surfed and I want to return the favor by hosting anybody in need.

Interests

I enjoy making as much of my own items a s possible. I homebrew, keep bees, make sausage and dabble in charcuterie, garden and preserve as much as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite memories is bike riding through Belgium in the fall. It was a great experience riding through the rural areas with hop fields on both sides.
