ABOUT ME

I help farmers around the world to grow more food organically and sustainably. I travel and work in Africa. I like to see the world and backpack. I like the environment, good food and fun. I think couchsurfing is way cool and have met some very interesting people.

PHILOSOPHY

One should always strive to leave a place better than it was when one arrived.

Hiked the Na Pali trail in Hawai'i barefoot. Drove across Kenya in a 1972 land cruiser

I can teach you everything you ever wanted to know about global warming, biochar, renewable energy and carbon sequestration. I also am a pretty good cook.
