I started early when Couchsurfing was still in their infancy. In those days, I have experienced a CS server crash when I was travelling halfway, resulting in lost contacts and dramatic changes in travel plans.

But then, travelling is all about experiencing the unknown, managing the unexpected and overcoming the interesting challenges that the world poses to you.

In those days, mobile phones network was GSM and Nokia/Sony Ericsson was the latest craze. Internet can only be assessed in Internet cafes.

Nowdays... well you know how it is like =)

Nevertheless, CS is one of the best things a wanderlust traveller can hope for and once again, I am that kind of a traveller.
