ABOUT ME

I am a friendly, laid back guy who enjoys meeting new people from all parts of the world and learning about new cultures. Until I was 18 I lived on a tiny French island in North America called Saint-Pierre et Miquelon. Since then I've lived in France, Canada and I recently came back from 1 year teaching ESL in South Korea.

I now teach ESL and French in Toronto and I really enjoy it because I get students from all over the world which it makes it a fun and interesting job!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to travel around Europe this summer and do it couch surfing! In the meantime, I am receiving people at my place, so don't hesitate to ask!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have mainly hosted friends of mine and they did the same for me. Now that I am on this website I am looking to meet other people who couchsurf.

This summer when I go to Europe I want to visit 10 countries and couchsurf everywhere!

Interests

I really enjoy traveling and that is one of the main reasons why I signed up to this website. I spent one year living in South Korea teaching ESL and looking forward to going back to Asia in the near future.

I love music especially heavy metal and love going to concerts and festivals. While traveling I like to visit the historical and cultural sites but but also experience its nightlife =)
I am also a pretty big reader, love movies, learning new languages, etc..

Current events, history, international relations, language books. All kinds of movies and music, especially on the heavier side \m/

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The 2 most recent experiences would be when I visited the demilitarized zone at the border between South and North Korea. I am very interested in international relations/history so this is something that was very appealing to me.

Visiting Japan (mainly Tokyo and surrounding area) was also an amazing experience, the culture, food, temples, outdoor parks, etc...

I am looking forward to being able to add many more amazing experiences!

It's hard to say but I like to meet all kinds of people, meeting people form different countries and cultures is always a good way to learn new things.
