After some years, I have finally decided to pursue my long time dream of traveling Europe!

ABOUT ME

I have lived in New York all my life. Through out the past 10 years, I have tried to visit other countries as often as I can to expand my horizon of other cultures and values. Because of my heavy workload, I could not satisfy my dreams of traveling. So I finally made the decision to get out into the world before I get too old. So here I am, itching to explore most of Europe in about one year. I would love to have local residents to show me their "version" of their hometown and stay away from tourist traps, as the saying goes. I believe this will enrich my experiences and heighten my love of their livelyhood. As I quote my sister, "Go make some history!"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One of my friends recommended me to join CS. She hosts a couch in New York and had nothing but great experiences from other CS travelers. So here I am. To contribute, I will try to write as many reviews about CS hosts and my recommendations for places to visit and things to do on my trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The only couch surfing experiences I have are with my friends in the States, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, and China. I always have millions of laughs and great times when I visit them in various states and countries. During my visit, I have respected their rules and privacy of their lives and homes and appreciated their hospitality they offered me.

Interests

When I travel, I like to see historical buildings, places of interests, tasting the local foods and drinks, and absorbing the culture. I am very outgoing, like socializing, an appetite to cook, having a pint, and have conversations about nothing. I also like to hike, cycling, any sports, and jog. (my physical interests)

Well, I can teach you about life in the big apple, New York City. I had great experiences in my hometown and will love to share them with you.
