ABOUT ME

The youngest of six with a mixture of parents (I have two half brothers and two half sisters and one full sister)
I have worked as a theater actor since I was 23 years old after being instantly hooked while attending SUNY Cortland and performing in my first two plays there.
I have bounced around a lot, all my life.

I have a healthy and committed relationship with my girlfriend of half a year.
I meditate regularly and recently spent a year living and volunteering at the Vipassana Meditation Center in Shelburne Falls, MA
This past November I attended the New Warrior Training Adventure and am enjoying having a brotherhood of sensitive, courageous men who are committed to self growth.
I am living in an apartment next to the vipassana meditation center with a couple of other meditators. While I am not able to host overnight stays at the moment, I would be happy to show people around the pioneer valley.

I lived in an intentional community, the Maitri House, in Takoma Park, MD and we hosted a dozen or so of travellers during the inauguration of the Obama Administration. It was a wonderful experience, we were already a house of 19 and the house nearly burst open with people everywhere.
