Hello there, I am a Hamburger 🍔 (born and raised in Hamburg, Germany 😁)

Since I was little I love to explore the outdoors, taking our family dog out for walks, always looking at what's around the next corner 🥾

.... after I finished highschool I moved and lived in the Philippines 🇵🇭 for a while where I trained and worked as a Divemaster ... I fell in love with the country and its people which led me to enroll in the study program Southeast Asian Languages and Cultures. Since they didn't offer any Filipino languages I chose Indonesian and I have been learning the language and more ever since. Last year I came back from my semester abroad where I spent 9 months in East Indonesia. I am planning to finish my thesis this year and then see where I go from there 😄

Tbh I am a bit of an introvert ✌️ but once I get talking to someone I am pretty easy going

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing to meet the people of the country I am in, to get to know them and their way of life... things you usually don't get when you stay in hotels or hostels

I am currently traveling around South Europe, trying to make it to Spain to visit my brother who works there. Along the way I don't want to just stick to myself but meet with people, make new friends and learn from them about the places I am passing by.... I am always open to new experiences and I would love to hear your stories ☀️

Interests

I am someone who loves the outdoors and exploring new places... I really enjoy hiking ... at home I am most comfortable with a book in my hand 📖
On the weekends I like to grab beers with friends or just hang out 🍻

So many things... but just recently I would say doing a hiking trip in Scotland (where I had my first CS experience) 😄
