Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me CS means a lot when it comes to travelling. Im quite patriotic about Europe and our neighbouring friends. I'm fascinated by the rich history and I love its diverse culture. Staying in hostels and visiting museums would be fine for the history part. For the diverse culture part not so much. I just wanna experience what others do, think and believe. So I'm participating on CS to open and knock on closed doors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two years ago I went down the Danube river. All the way from the spring next to my home town in the black forest down to the black sea in Romania. Paddling through Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldavia and the Ukraine. While meeting lovely people and seeing pure nature I realised you don't have to go to the other end of the world to experience a fulfilled adventure.
