I live in Golders Green (30minutes from central london) with my girlfriend and 5 other flatmates who are a mixture of students and recent graduates.

I couchsurfed a lot while while I traveled around the US. The experience made for one of the best holidays of my life. I'm keen to help out others doing the same thing and keep on travelling that way myself.

My absolute favourite books of all time are the Just William books by Richmal Crompton. I'm also big on some fantasy - Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell, and His Dark Materials have all made a big impact over the years.

I also like to read a mixture of History, Politics and Economics non-fiction. And news, which I currently work in.

I watch a lot of films. Recently I liked:
Baby Driver, Nocturnal animals, Get Out, The Handmaiden, Arrival, The Revenant, Sicario, Mad Max, Inside Out, Nightcrawler, Selma, Whiplash, '71, Django & Wolf of Wall Street among many others.

As for music - my favourite album is AM by the Arctic Monkeys. I like a lot of things from classic rock to funky house.

The biggest trip I've done was a little over two months in a car going round the US and Canada with my girlfriend. We stayed with a lot of couch surfers, a few members of our respective families - and camped in a few national parks.

It was bloody great. Everything from Comic Con in San Diego, pissing into the Pacific, a spot of roulette in Vegas, some of that legal weed in Seattle and Colorado, pissing into a steaming volcanic stream in Yellowstone, rodeo in Montana, jazz in New Orleans, pissing into the mississippi, drunk geocaching in Key West, swimming off Cape Cod, walking the length of Manhattan and pissing in the Library of Congress bathroom (they're very nice).
