Hi! I am Jaume, a 24-year-old Spanish guy. I am currently in my last year of Master's Degree in Biology - Ecology in Lund University (Sweden). This year, I am travelling Europe to do short stages in biology-related companies in order to finish my Master's thesis.
I am a passionate biologist, very interested in the fields of biology and biodiversity. I also love doing sports in my free time, especially playing football and running. 我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As said in my description, I will be travelling Europe during 2017 in order to do short stages in organizations that are helping me to develop my master's thesis. I am looking for an alternative to having to pay big amounts of money per night in every different place I am. Also, I like very much meeting and getting to know new people. I love ska, punk and rock music, although I also listen to jazz and indie music very often. Some of my favourite groups are The Cat Empire, Sublime, Less Than Jake and Mad Caddies.

As for my favourite books, I currently just read technical books about specific topics, such as meditation, running and biology. My favourite book sagas might have been Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

I do not watch films very often, but my favourite ones are Beasts of the Wild South, Beasts of No Nation and Get Out. My favourite TV series is, for sure, Game of Thrones.

Well, maybe it is not amazing, but I have run several mountain and asphalt marathons. Running and trail running are my favourite sports.

I have a consistent background about several topics of field biology and biodiversity. I am also learning about meditation and self improvement. I would be glad to share my knowledge about these topics, and also to share a run with you! I can also cook some typical Catalan and Spanish recipees.
