Overview
About Me
Born and raised in Santiago, Chile! I've had the wonderful opportunity to travel around the world since I was very young and plan to continue doing it forever :)
I'm a 21 year old journalism student with a severe caffeine addiction. Music and movies are the two loves of my life, and I intend to take my career towards that business too! I also love sports (and sport events) with my whole heart and will always want to try some new activities!
Besides making music and audiovisual projects, I love traveling, because it not only helps me grow but also gives me the opportunity to meet new people from all around the world :)
And for the Americans (just in case): I've studied and worked in the U.S., first as an exchange student in Michigan when I was sixteen and then I worked in the Mountain Services and Human Resources departments at Boreal Mountain California last season, as a part of a Work and Travel program.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Staying with a local will always be better than being on your own. I believe it makes the experience a lot greater and you get to meet awesome people all around the world!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I'm a cliché and I say everything, but I can honestly and genuinely go on forever. It's mainly pop or indieish alternative music though: The 1975, Troye Sivan, Rex Orange County, Alessia Cara, AJR, Twenty One Pilots, LANY, Wallows, Camila Cabello and I have a very very soft spot for Shawn Mendes and a couple boybands, oops.
Movies: I like to think I have good taste but I'm pretty basic so Wes Anderson!!! Ladybird, Interstellar, Boy Erased, La La Land and I'm a HUGE Marvel fan
TV: Skam, Dark, Criminal Minds, Supernatural, The Office
Books: YA Fiction, because you're never too old for that
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have a YouTube channel! Definitely not very successful but it makes me happy and that's amazing
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach a video editing workshop in high schools, I'm learning how to produce music and I can share chilean baked goods!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I think I'm good at sharing what it's like to grow up in a South American country and how that shaped they way I see the world and the way I'm trying to reach my goals while facing different geographical difficulties. We can also definitely bond over music! And I would love to not also stay with the host but also get to know them while sharing a meal or having coffee together :)
