Formally through couchsurfing.com only in Groningen,but I have been hosting some other people that I meet personally and also been hosted by many others in The Netherlands, France, Spain, Scotland and Ecuador.

Learning:Each trip that I do I like to learn as much of the local language as I can,but it's always great to learn about other languages as well!music,painting,photography...Teaching:I think I could give some basic guitar lessons,or maybe some spanish or french!
