About Me

I often describe myself as a global citizen.

Perhaps, due to having a mixed background, perhaps due to having lived in a few countries, or traveled and having seen how much this world has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to learn and explore the world we are in.

I like this community and I think it offers a different approach to discovering the world and meeting fantastic people and enriching our lives with shared experiences.

Interests

I play tennis, football and go to the gym. We could do all of this.

We could some photos around
Having a coffee or wine over a good chat is always a good plan.
We could try some cooking too

Music, Movies, and Books

I actually have a broad range of music tastes. You'd be surprised at how we could travel between very different kinds of music and hopefully have fun.

I guess I would always go back down the lane to the 80s, 90s.

Lately, a more calm, chillout style has been the choice. Of course, I enjoy many of the latest hits, too, and most importantly to me, I would like to hear what sort of music you are into.

Music is definitely a great way to connect and share a bit of us and some stories.

I have not stayed for too long in front of a TV lately and wouldn't usually watch movies just for the sake of it or to waste some time. It must bring life lessons, some universal wisdom, it must teach me something. Those are the ones that remain in your memories.

Similar to the books. To me, reading a book is like having a conversation with the author, part of their life lessons and wisdom, packed and shared in a timeless written format for the benefit of us, the readers.

In the last few years, I have been mostly focused on business books, personal finance books, mindset growth, personal growth, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Are you asking for adventures?

-Paragliding in the Caribbean Sea was amazing! The mixture of green mountains and turquoise water under my feet was unbelievable.

-Jumping from a good few meters high into St. Peter´s Pool in Malta was scary at first, but once you've done it, the feeling of overcoming fear is so powerful that will make you take the leap again!

-I went solo travel for a month to a country with a different alphabet, a difficult language where very few spoke English, at -14°C and snow up to the knees and traveled all west to east and back. It was a kind of experience to prove my survival skills, my ability to adapt and expand out of my comfort zone haha.

I'll let you guess where was it? when we meet.
