Hej everyone,
My name is Javier I am a 24. I was born in Bilbao where I enjoyed my young ages before moving to a close by city for my studies. That was a golden age where i started getting in love with the international concept of living and decided to move on and begin a new adventure in Denmark. And that´s how Scandinavia got me and I have ended up living in Stockholm for the last 2.5 years.

I enjoy the everyday life of the city and I keep exploring as much as my work and travels allow. I like sport (in any form), cooking and eating it, reading, good drinks in good company, my family and an endless list that I cannot even think of now). And oooooof course, meeting new people and sharing experiences with them. I am lucky for all those incredible people that i have met on the way and the ones to come, I hope you contribute to it;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually, for the first time i am writing this profile the previous day to an improvised trip to Norway. But actually is not my first experience with couchsurfing as my flatmates and I used to host surfers while living in Santander.

The concept is just great:) - Getting introduced to new cultures on first hand by locals while meeting new amazing people. Or what?
