I'm 25, born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida but have lived most of my life in Spain, which I feel is my true home. I love traveling and fully believe it is one of the best things a person can do for themselves. Not just travel to another country and stay the the hotel, I mean travel and go out and meet locals and eat local food and actually see what separates this country from the rest and how people live and treat each other. It really opens your eyes and grows respect towards all. If there's anything I've learned from the places I've been so far it's that we're all the same in the end, as cliche as that may sound but it's true.

I take life in a very laid back way and try not over-worry most things. Although when things get serious, I get serious. New experiences is what makes up life and makes it worth living.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I'm in my 20's and I plan on traveling as much as I can to where ever I can. One day I might need a hand or would love to have someone show me around as a local, not a tourist. Hopefully one day I'll be in the position to return the favor to others and help them see the world.

Interesses

I'm definitely an outside person, I absolutely love everything to do with the beach and sea. I have surfed for some years while living in Tenerife although currently cannot as I lived in the UK for 6 years and now in Madrid. I used to be in a swimming team when I was younger as well. I listen to music all the time, it means a lot to me.

Many of my best friends are very much into photography so I have come to greatly appreciate it and will one day eventually buy my own camera.

As of recently I've discovered the love for the mountains and especially hiking in winter in the snow. I got this from when I was younger but I developed this when I went to Poland in December 2017 to the High Tatras.

I have a lot of favorite artists and groups as I listen to a lot of music, some of my all time favorites include: Tame Impala, The Internet, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Tyler The Creator, Childish Gambino, Frank Ocean, Kimbra, Kali Uchis, Daft Punk, Disclosure, XXYYXX, Amy Winehouse, Biig Piig, Kadhja Bonet, Crumb...

Same could be said with movies, although I will say that Alien, Star Wars, Apocalypse Now, Schindlers List, Total Recall, The Thing have special places in my heart.

Favorite books include The Medic by Noah Gordon, Matterhorn by Karl Marlante and Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy. I love and read a ridiculous amount of war history.

Motorcycled all of Vietnam, from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, along with with friends. A month and a half of pure freedom.

That and camping at the beach surrounded by some of the best friends a person could ask for. Campfire, music, drinks and nothing else. That for multiple days.
