My name is Javiera and I am 26 year old and my husband Matias is 28. We are an easygoing couple that enjoy the simple things of life like a good chat.

My husband (Matias) and I got married last year and we decided to have the Work and Holiday experience in Australia, which was amazing!

Nowadays we are traveling the world hoping to share our experiences and learn from yours.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We would love to show about our culture and traditions and also to learn about from people in different countries. Beside from that, since we are traveling the world a little help with accommodation push our budget further 😁.

Interests

We really enjoy snorkeling, trekking, cooking and having a nice chat. Matias is a great chess player and he is always looking someone to play with.

Music, Movies, and Books

As a couple we like to watch series like Breaking Bad (!!) The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. We also enjoy horror movies and thrillers, and what a better companion that sweet popcorns!

I like to read Harry Potter, books from Julio Verne and Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Matias favorite music is Chill out, Soda Stereo and Bob Marley.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We enjoyed life in an amazing Trekking in Machu Pichu. We climbed to an Incan sacred city to contemplate the magnificent ruins and the valley from the summit.

Teach, Learn, Share

Risking to sound cocky, but we are good cooks and we can delight you with some traditional Chilean dishes! We can also teach you some Spanish and traveling stories from five continents!!
