Hello, everyone! My name is Javi, I'm 23 and I'm from Spain. I'm currently doing the Erasmus exchange in Ljubljana (Slovenia), so I get lots of chances to travel around the world. I'm studying Translation & Interpreting (Spanish - English & Portuguese), so meeting new people and learning about their culture is always a pleasure for me.

I love music, I love reading, I love films and TV shows, I love cooking and I love travelling. I consider myself to be creative, easy-going and a little crazy when I'm drunk! (but who isn't?). Also, my friends say I have a hipster moustache.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it seems something worth-trying. Because I want to meet new people, hear their stories, tell them mine, laugh together and keep some beautiful memories after everything finishes... who knows, maybe we will see each other again!

Interests

I LOVE music. Specially rock and roll. In fact, I think I can get a little tiresome talking about music (Don't mind telling me to stop). I can also play some chords in the guitar and I write my own songs, but I gotta admit I have a shitty voice. Music is definitely an important part of my life, no matter whether I'm happy or sad.

I'm also a freak for TV shows. I watch plenty of them and I never get tired. Sci-fi, politics, history, comedy, thriller, drama, cartoons... as long as I enjoy it, I don't mind! I love cinema too, though I'm not that much of an expert.

I also dig cooking. I wouldn't say I'm an expert cook, but I definitely have some skills. If you're looking forward to trying some Spanish typical dishes, I'm your man! I do think that sharing some food is one of the best ways to meet people.

Apart from that, I like travelling, reading, getting drunk, dancing... just ask me if you have any further doubts, I don't bite!
