So far I have hosted people, and I was hosted once as well. I would like to get more involved though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been in CS for about 4 years. I have hosted 5 people in my old flat in Edinburgh and I was hosted once in London. I participated once in a BBQ with the CS people in Edinburgh. I also participated in a CS meeting in Amsterdam.
