About Me
I love to make people laugh. The feeling when you say or do something and someone's face explodes into an ear to ear smile and a chuckle is the best feeling in the world. Being both on the giving and the receiving end of that feeling is how I've ended up where I am now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
If you have an interesting story, or just a story, or maybe just an interest, I'd love to share.
Interests
I've got loads, but here are a few:
-Food (Cooking and eating)
-Books (Good ones)
-Athletics (Sweat is a healer)
-Games (Board or drinking)
-Chatting and/or Listening
-Thinking (Sometimes that spot on the wall holds the secrets to the universe)
- books
- singing
- theater
- acting
- dining
- cooking
- drinking
- movies
Music, Movies, and Books
I like just about any music there is. If my head bobs or bops, it's probably good stuff.
As long as the movie isn't really really bad, I'll watch it.
I could go on about books for days, but some of my favorites are:
"All the Pretty Horses," and "Blood Meridian," by Cormac Mcarthy
"To Kill a Mockingbird," by Harper Lee
"Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy, " by Douglas Adams.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've acted in 9 of Shakespeare's 37 plays. Soon to be 10.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you are curious about professional acting in theater or movies, I know a bit about that.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food is love, and I love food. A lot. I'd be really happy to throw something together to get those tastebuds singing. But if a home kitchen isn't your bag, let's find someplace to share a meal and a drink or two.
