About Me
I am a Ph.D. student at Syracuse University, I am into my third year, Anthropology program. I grew up in India and love going places, meeting people and trying local cuisine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling, also being an anthropologist I like visiting new places and encountering different cultures, interacting with people. Couchsurfing creates an amazing platform for meeting people and sharing their anecdotes, stories and travel experiences. Couchsurfing, indeed, promotes what has been a great adage in Indian culture, ie. "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam", a Sanskrit phrase that literally means "the world is one family".
