Gradually being reintroduced to travel after too long of a hiatus. Doing postgraduate studies for nursing in 2024.

ABOUT ME

Gosh, it's been a long time since I was in any position to connect with the CSing community. I've been fairly busy completing my nursing degree, and now gaining 5 years experience and getting to the point where I need to travel again.

My partner Esther is also a nurse and we plan to travel Australia doing agency nursing and exploring in our van.

We are hoping to be able to host some of you wonderful people, although don't have much to offer.

I am very easy going and get along with most people. Absolutely love couchsurfing after the few awesome opportunities I had. It is now my turn to pay it back and Host surfers who want to enjoy Melbourne.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As you can see from my references I have been apart of the CSing community as a host and a surfer. I've had many great experiences and met some great people. It's awesome to be able to connect with people globally and share passions, but also make travel more attainable. Accommodation nowadays is so expensive, it's great to be in a position to help people visit my city.

Interests

I enjoy snowboarding, learning new skills, traveling, meeting new and interesting people, new experiences, new cuisines, cultures, languages, having a good laugh and hanging with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I listen to almost anything, but love me some Sons of the East, Mumford and Sons, Kaleo, Mackelmore.
Books - not a big reader as it takes me forever, but I just finished Magician, hoping to get into Dune.
TV shows - Money Heist, Squid Games, Shameless, Animal Kingdom, Sense 8, Handmaids Tale, Black Sails

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many now that I have travelled around the world a bit more...
Traveling through Cambodia, visiting the temples and getting to explore them was an amazing experience! Also got to be at Angkor Wat for a sunrise!
