À propos de moi
CURRENT MISSION
Keep smiling, keep learning, keep winning.
ABOUT ME
I'm a practicing 27 year old photographer from London, living in London.
I'm a passionate wakeboarder, and I love to take photos of the sport and whatever else I am around in my spare time. I find taking photos is often a great excuse for an adventure!
I'm easy going, always up for new experiences and exploring new places, even in my own city I'm constantly finding hidden treasures! I'm a big fan of music - and discovering new sounds even more. I love films, and art too.
Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couch surfed once before. I was fortunate enough to be hosted in LA for a week last year by a wonderful guy called Jordan, and I'm really looking forward to my next experience with Couchsurfing!
Centres d'intérêt
I'm interested in meeting anyone that can broaden my horizons on quite literally anything. This is my primary interest at present. I'm a big fan of music and film (be it moving or still) - and i can honestly say there's little of either medium that i wouldn't be able to find something to like in, from chick-flicks to experimental films, and classical to industrial music genres. i love 'art', and whatever form the artist chooses to express his ideas/views/emotions - there's always something beautiful to be said for the form that their personal expression takes on. i've got a particular passion for the work of larry clark and a subsequent infatuation with youth/skate culture. it's awesome. kid's being different - you gotta love it.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
Last 3 books I've read:
Ten Storey Love Song, Richard Milward (cuttingly close to truth for a work of fiction)
Brave New World, Aldous Huxley (sensational. can't believe I hadn't already read it. I already want to read it again)
Skeleton Crew, Stephen King (I hope to have read everything he's ever written. Always a good fall back when I'm at a loss for a good story)
Favourite Film: Blow Up (1966)
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
1. the salt flats in uyuni, bolivia reduced me to tears, can't explain why.
2. fiji - i've never experienced such uncompromised generosity & sense of community engraved in a country's culture in my life. it's forced a personal realisation that the achievement happiness is so very far detached from the materialistic ideals that a western upbringing suggests we strive to achieve for 'success'. i've also learnt how easy it is to smile :)
