ABOUT ME

I hale from Eastern Canada, growing up in rural New Brunswick. I've surfed the world through National Geographic magazines and now I want to create my own images, surfing couches this time.
Photography is a passion of mine and I'm in the process of turning it into a career, studying at Vancouver Institute of Media Arts (VanArts).
I like to make the most of every moment, especially when sharing it with fellow travelers. Hours can be spent exchanging stories about past experiences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've both surfed and hosted.
Surfing is great -because I'm usually on vacation- but it's awesome having surfers stay over. I'm always excited to show people the city I live in or even just chill at the end of the day.
I live Smack downtown Calgary with my room mate and a cat.

I like documentaries, foreign films, foreign documentaries too! Blockbuster as well as independent films catch my eye. If it sounds good, then I'll give it a go. My latest favorites include Xavier Dolan's "Heartbeats", Sean Penn's "Into The Wild", and Louie Psihoyos' Doc "The Cove"

My musical taste is quite vast and I listen to different kinds of music depending on my mood. Electro is something I've been listening to the most at the moment.

Skydived in Halmstad, Sweden as the sun was setting. To me, it was amazing.

I love to cook a good meal. It's a great way to connect and you get to have something delicious at the end... Most of the time.
