About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to figure that out for myself right now, about time I realised that.
ABOUT ME
Ok so I spent the first few years of adulthood trying the 9 to 5 thing and cube farms just didn't work out for me. Whilst there though, we had a "Poscar" award ceremony and I won the most talkative, most social and best running late awards in the same night. 3 out of 10 aint bad eh :)
After that, I went travelling, lived in Peru for almost 3 years and Argentina for almost 2. Now I know I'm ready to actually explore the world and find out what it's full potential is.
I am a fast learner I can assure you!
My cooking is second to none, not all Irish meals but all are goooood.
PHILOSOPHY
Be good, and if you can't be good, be good at it :)
Now I'm home and bored!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I don't know yet. Anything and everything I would say though :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Zip zero.
Interests
Everything!
Really, having fun with real people really gets me going. I'm no comedian but I have a gift for making people laugh without trying and I love it. I actually am into everything from A-Z though, museums, arty farty stuff to laugh at later, serious things like walks on the beach, movies I can figure out what someone else would like once I get to know them, and just about any other tomfoolery :)
Music, Movies, and Books
Transformers (cartoon 80's not the current rubbish), Charles Bukowski, Irvine Welsh, Eternal Moonshine of a Spotless Behind (intentional), Lucky Number Slevin, Bad Boy Bubby (WATCH IT NOW!)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Iguazu Falls, I want to stay on The Devils Throat forever, the feeling of mother nature is immense right there.
Lived for three years in Cusco, Peru. Most people can't last two weeks without almost dying, and boy was it FUN!
Spent five years in South America without perfecting my Spanish but my tongue is excellent!
Teach, Learn, Share
For me right now, with no experience, is just how NOT to be. I will add more details later here.
I can teach software programming to just about anybody in about 4 hours though, and not just the basics. I'm no nerd but the way I understand it is how they should teach it as instead of it becoming a learning experience it's explorative and fun from the start!
