We are a family home business in sheep and cattle country and are interested in all things sustainable. We are in the process of setting up organic gardens, permaculture and acquaculture systems and have some ducks, a cat, chooks, a chihuahua, and a horse to come in the new year. The place has many unfinished projects around at present so is not in display mode yet. We are currently getting our shipping container hire and transformation business off the ground as well as trying to get the self sufficiency going. We are offgrid and have a solar power system and need someone who will carefully monitor the batteries and use the generator when necessary so that the battery life is not reduced. Our batteries will last 16 years if cared for properly. We have a 24 ft late model caravan for you to sleep in and access to the house for everything else. The main responsibility will be the solar, the chooks/ducks, the cat and dog. The best thing is relaxing out on the verandah with a cuppa looking out at the paddocks and sheep or cows. There are plenty of tourist attractions in this quiet country area. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
