About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live my dreams! Live from my heart. Be a world citizen and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. While exploring the world enjoy Pura Vida! Mi Casa Su Casa, etc. I am headed to Costa Rica in January to do yoga teacher training to cleanse my mind, body and soul while exploring my inner most depths and moving towards being the best person I could ever be. Then I will be living my dream of embracing the culture of Bahia Brazil. I am hoping to find a host to connect with when I arrive in February. I have a capoeira group I am planning to connect with when I arrive to practice with. Making a few new friends always makes the experience that much better! Hope to see you in the sunshine of Salvador :)

ABOUT ME

I am a musician. I play guitar, bass, drums, vocals, and love to play music and share in the vibes of other passionate musicians. A life long goal of mine is to see the world, which is why this site is awesome. Music, family, friends and world experiences are so important to me in this life. When at home, I am pleased to be a host and show others around. I would hope there are kind people out there who would likely offer me the same. I look forward to meeting people and embracing cultural differences and enjoying the similarities we all share in things like music, dancing, good food, fun, sun, sports, life, nature and positive vibrations. I am in a fun and worldly band called world town. Check it out www.world.town

Peace, love, fun, everywhere, everyone!

PHILOSOPHY

Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, latch on to the affirmative and don't mess with Mr. In-between.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted and been hosted through couch surfing. All tremendous and worldly learning experiences. I especially loved hosting four people at my place in Philadelphia. They were an interesting bunch. One was from Japan, one from Korea, one from LA and one from Venesuela. It was really cool showing them Philadelphia, and getting to know them. I am glad I was able to offer them a home here in Philadelphia. It is a great thing. I was also graciously hosted by some new friends in Rio Brazil.bThey were so warm and caring and we were friends instantly. I will never forget that experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend, introduced me to this and he was hanging at a benefit with a person he was showing around the city through CS and turned me on to it. I plan to travel soon and hope to enjoy some good experiences from CS. mainstream tourism is for the birds, I want authentic experiences from local folks who have the inside scoop on what is good in their hood.
