A San Francisco native, I grew up in the Bay Area with my Chinese father and Hungarian-German mother. I speak a little German, and am trying to learn Hungarian, as I just became a citizen! I am currently a journalism and film student at Long Beach State University, and am trying to travel as often as money allows. I enjoy photography, yoga, going to the gym, drinking wine, hiking, writing, reading, working on film sets, and exploring new places. I currently work for a high-end gym, and do portrait/event photography on the side.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am funding all my travels myself, and as a college student who also pays her own tuition, I try to save every penny possible. Also, when I travel I spend very little time in my accommodations, really only using where ever I stay to sleep. Because of this, I find it pointless to spend hundreds of dollars on hotels, and prefer to couch-surf or stay in hostels/with friends or family. I also think staying with locals is the best way to absorb the culture of a new city/state/country, and enjoy meeting and learning from new people!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I have too many favorite films, books, and artists, however I listen to almost every genre of music, and have attended everything from symphonies, operas, festivals, raves, and local concerts. Book-wise, I enjoy reading mostly fiction, especially historical fiction, and enjoy all genres of film.
