ABOUT ME

My name is Jazminn and I am from Boise, Idaho. I am a recent college graduate with a B.A. in history. I love to travel for work and volunteering, concerts, festivals, gatherings and to see new places and meet new faces. I am always looking for reasons and opportunities to travel to places I've never been to inside and outside the country. Want to meet up or plan something together? Let me know!

I love my basset hound Baxter, good conversation, and new and exciting experiences.

When I'm out of the Boise area, I cannot host but would love to meet up anywhere I go! I love the CS community and use it everywhere I go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm on couch surfing because I believe in creating worldwide connection between cultures, cities, communities, and neighbors! There are so many people in this world to meet, and it's so exciting.

Interests

Books on varying topics, the study of history, world religions, fire and flow toys, yoga, feminist and women's studies, middle earth, permaculture, volunteering, learning, traveling, talking to strangers, writing down random thoughts, baking, other forms of baking, cooking delicious food, learning about you and what makes you happy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a summer living and working in Yellowstone where I spent the summer backpacking, hiking and camping. I jumped off a 40 foot cliff, saw a grizzly bear from five feet away, and came face to face with a wolf.

I've danced with hundreds of brothers and sisters around a massive fire in the middle of the forest.

I manifested my dream of coming to India. Knowing nobody, even myself, I came to India to study and immerse myself into it and it was the greatest thing I've done for myself so far.

Now I'm working in Denali National Park for the summer of 2016.
