Im 22 and just want to travel, the whole world. I'm real relaxed and easy going, also very open minded. I think there is more to life then just working week by week to earn money, i'd rather be poor but rich in experiences. This is why I quit my "respected" job in Australia and have set off on a journey to experience the bigger meanings in life, to just have FUN and be HAPPY! Isn't this what we are all chasing after all?

Meeting new people is so awesome because they introduce you to new experiences you may never would've done. Who knows you might make a life long friend! Also, travelling to different parts of the world is a sure way to expand your mind to many different perspectives.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think there are two ways to travel, the more expensive and less authentic way, or the less expensive and more authentic way. Some people like to gourge themselves at expensive restaurants, liquor, and 5 star hotels. While this may be nice, I think it lacks the authentic feel of the local culture itself, let alone being very expensive.

I prefer to engage with the local people, food, activities and language, which to me is much more rewarding and what travelling is truly about. I mean what better place to stay then with a local themselves!

Music, Movies, and Books

My itunes library is full of nearly every genre of music, if it has a good beat and melody chances are ill be singing along. Again I can't really define what movies I like, but if it makes me laugh or think a lot i'll be a happy chap. To be honest I don't read to many books, I prefer to read positive informative articles on the internet on websites like www.wakeup-world.com etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Surfed Indonesia on massive swell!! 27/6/15
- Skydiving in Australia blew my mind!
- Visiting Angkor Wat Cambodian ancient temples, that was a mind blowing experience and I will never forget it!
- Scuba diving in the great barrier reef was sweet as well.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like sharing any valuable information that I know onto people if they are interested. If somebody wants to learn something I can do, I enjoy passing that knowledge onto them. I also enjoying learning new things a lot as well!

Learning:

I'm currently learning Bahasa Indonesia, and some Spanish.
I've been playing guitar for a while but am learning to sing as well.
I would love to learn some breakdance moves.
If you want to teach me something I'm normally more then happy to learn :)

Teaching:

I can surf and kitesurf.
I am quite handy on the computer in general.
Also pretty good with my hands.
I can teach you some guitar :)
I'm an electrician.
