Hi! My name is Sarah! I just moved to Sheffield with my Husband in July 2018!Looking to meet new friends!

From my Austin, Tx days:
I spend my days teaching a preschool program for children with disabilities, and dreaming of travel. I enjoy reading, reddit, exploring, meeting new people and taking in the little things life has to offer. I spent some time exploring Europe in 2015, where I had my first "true" CSing experience and it was so incredible! This community really is amazing!
I've recently begun hosting and it has been wonderful so far! I live like an old person during the week (early to bed, early to rise), so I prefer to host weekends only, however I may be open to other days depending on the situation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a member of CSing for awhile now, I've met some amazing people while in Austin and while I have been less active in the past, I have big plans to get back in the game and meet awesome people!

I've hosted a few people now in Austin and have had an amazing time! I really like to create a personal connection with my guest, so if you request to stay, please let me know that you read my profile by telling me your favorite ice cream flavor.

I backpacked around Europe in 2015, and had a wonderful time! Loved all of the CSers that I got to meet and stay with along the way! What an amazing community! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

While I love listening to music, I don't often follow artists or know song names for that matter. But give me a blanket and some live music and I'm a happy camper.

I enjoy most movies. But I haven't seen a lot of them. Tell me about some I need to watch!

Books, I love! My favorites are Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, The Lovely Bones, Invisible Monsters and Harry Potter. More suggestions always welcome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my most recent travels, I met a wonderful group of people and traveled with them to the Balaton Sound music festival in Hungary. Had a blast dancing and swimming late into the night!
