ABOUT ME

I am a very friendly, kind, understanding & a reapectful person. Can be oppinionated at times but i know my balance & love a good conversations anytime. I like simple things and simple lifestyle, have traveled around Europe, USA, most of the S.E.A countries and love travelling very much!

I am a freelance yoga teacher and living in KL, Malaysia. I have lived in the United Kingdom, spend many months in France too. I like S.E.A very much and the cultures, food and people of each countries. I am active and love outdoors anytime of the day even sometimes on a rainny day bcuz rains is beautiful..., I love the sun and sea, not cold..:-)

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the full !!! do not wait.... life is never safe, so get out there to connect, share, enjoy and laugh!....always think about why someone is saying or doing that to you and reflect on it, learn from it and move on..do not linger...live as happy as possible and make it simple, don't PLAN all the time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

tracking in Nepal for 16 days up to highest of 5610m, trekking in Norway up to 900m above sea level staying in the cabin surrounded by only pure Nature...and fishing while snowing up there! Living and learning Yoga in India, travelling around India for 9 months, have seen what life is all about on earth in these day and age and how lucky I am. Jumpping off the train in India, no kidding. Finding my way in France with my biginner level in French. living in Tibet monastry/meditaiton. climed Mount Monacnock in Harrisville, Boston. spending days in a camping tent in winter time. Lost in Cyprus for hours before i found my friend. seen too many homeless in India including babies at the train/bus station before sunrise, cold and hungry.
