An English roustabout living and working in Denmark.

I spent a few years hitch-hiking and bussing around Europe; squatting, working odd jobs and exploring different ways of living before settling down in Copenhagen.

These days I'm taking some extra courses to be able to start back at uni later in the year.

As far as books go, I'll read almost anything, but read a fair bit of science fiction and history.
Some favourites from the last year or two would be The Book of Trespass, Black and British, The Lady Astronaut series, Frankenstein and Homage to Catalonia.

Huge fan of the Dune series, and Ursula le Guin.

Musical interests vary a fair bit too, but I like a lot of 60s/70s folk and classic rock, minimal tech and jazz. Recent favourites include Tinariwen and Esbjörn Hazelius.

After a period of mostly watching so-bad-it's-good sci-fi b movies like Teenagers from Outer Space and Zontar: The Thing from Venus, I'm trying to clean up my act a bit and watch some quality motion pictures. In that vein, I recently saw In the Mood for Love, Come and See and Citizen Kane and thought they were good.
