I'm a well-travelled Belgian teacher (trying to branch out) who enjoys endless conversations in any language he can defend himself. Favorite topics range from anything silly to anything serious (politics is always touchy, but I certainly appreciate every thought-out reflexion) Food is a big part of my life, so I'm always striving to cook healthy & tasty meals. Linguistics has always been a passion of mine, hence my penchant for reading and writing. I'm always open to literary suggestions and hope to write a novel decent enough one day to get published. But the seventh art also appeals to me and I guess going to the movies once to twice a week makes me a movie buff. If I had more money, the list of languages I speak and of countries I've visited would be much more extensive ;)

Always willing to meet new people, discover new cultures, learn new languages and taste new food :) Having itchy feet myself, I have come to appreciate how nice it is to have locals share their favorite addresses and take you to their favorite spot. I believe this is just the perfect place to do so and also return the favor!
