ABOUT ME

Grew up in Pennsylvania, instilled with an appreciation for travel. I've lived in various regions in the United States, Serbia, and Iceland for a bit. Studied physics in school and have put that to no particular use other than to broaden the set of tools i use to look at the world. I love learning for it's own sake. I tend to be on the quieter side, but enjoy a good conversation. Love to be outside. Be it riding my bike, hiking, playing tennis, or just wandering around aimlessly. I attempt to draw and am no master, but doesn't deter me. Enjoy math and music, photography, cartoons, and movies. Richard Feynman is my hero.

The people that you meet in life can greatly affect how one views the world and certainly how enjoyable the experiences and travels are asking the way. Embracing the hospitality of those who share the wandering spirit is an opportunity we should all be so lucky to experience.

Interests

Love street art and being in a strange place. I draw, watch a bunch of movies, shake my fist at the moon, avoid potholes and the mundane on my bicycle. Enjoy smacking a tennis ball around when my knees are up to it; hike with my backpack when they're not. Other than that, learning about all that with which I am unfamiliar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stepped off the plane in Iceland and just walked, froze atop Mt. Washington and felt the lure of snow sleep in January, played alone where the coyote and buffalo roamed, canoed through midnight mangrove forests amidst cayman below and howler monkeys above.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Hah, I can fix things. If anyone ever wants to play tennis, I am totally down. I'm a passable cook and can make a good guacamole and Pico de Gallo.
