About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see as much of the world as I can and meet some good, down to earth people while doing it!
ABOUT ME
I am a laid-back girl from Northern California that has enjoyed every minute of this crazy roller coaster they call life. I am currently in SF but I am unable to host, but I'd be happy to show you around the city. Before this I was teaching English in South Korea.
I am a very active person in terms of doing things I am passionate about- photography, the outdoors(hiking, biking, kayaking, baseball)
I absolutely live music and try to go to as many festivals and shows as I can.
I love my San Francisco Giants(2010 and 2012 World Series Champs:)
I am very eco-friendly-grew up in northern California so it comes with the territory!
All my friends would say that I am very outgoing and that I am a solid friend.
PHILOSOPHY
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I believe that hosting and surfing is a great way to learn more about different cultures and the world we live in!
I have hosted people in both Seoul and San Francisco. I surfed my way through Singapore, New Zealand, Canada, Australia and Malaysia.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have both hosted and surfed and I plan to do more of it.
I've had nothing but positive experiences.
Interests
Anything that involves being outdoors, photography, comedy/improv, baseball, live music/music in general, texas holdem, camping, reading, enjoying the wonderful city of San Francisco that I am so fortunate to live in, sushi, wine, meditation, traveling and spending time with my family and close friends. I know it sounds cliche, but I'm pretty much down for anything new and exciting!

Music, Movies, and Books
Radiohead, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, LCD Soundsystem, Ratatat, Mozart and Pink Floyd are some of my favorite bands.
Anything that Steve Martin has done and anything from the Coen brothers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Sahara Desert(in Morocco) and the Aurora Borealis(in Sweden) are by far the most amazing things I've seen in my travels.
Swimming with Dusky dolphins in Kaikoura, New Zealand.
Travelling around Africa with my sister.
Getting the chance to listen to one of the Dalia Lama's teachings in India at a Tibetan school.
And skydiving in Australia!
Having said all that though, I would say that everything I have experienced in my travels has been special in their own way.
